Creative Scotland Building Edinburgh Exhibition
During the following LGBT History month in 2014, I was lucky enough to be asked to talk at Creative Scotland’s monthly “Insights and Ideas Cafe” about The Queer Window Project. The festival director of the Iris Prize, Berwyn Rowlands was also speaking, along with Michael Richardson of LGBT Youth Scotland and Mark Mackarel who was busy setting up Pride House for Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games. Even more awesome is they gave me an exhibition in the Creative Scotland building during this time too, installed by Creative’s Scotland Nick Wong.
As you can see some of the banners went a little bit through the wars while chilling at the public venues, but I liked how they looked travelled, it changed the work over time.
